In short
CJX™ Score is CJM's lead scoring: it rates each lead on fit, intent and activity and gives it a HOT, WARM or COLD label. Score and label are written to your CRM. The score measures the lead: it promises nothing about match quality, which Meta calculates.
How does CJX™ Score work?
For each lead, CJX™ Score looks at three things: fit, intent and activity on the site. The output is a score and a HOT, WARM or COLD label. Events come from the CJX™ Pixel, part of Unify.
Where does the score end up?
Score and label are written to the CRM, so the sales rep sees them where they work. The connection goes through the CRM integration, with HubSpot and GoHighLevel. They also appear in the unified dashboard.
What does it not measure?
The score describes the lead. It promises nothing about match quality: Meta calculates that. A dedicated feature, Match Quality, is coming soon.
What is it used for next?
When the lead becomes qualified, quote or customer, Act sends it back to Meta and Google as an offline conversion. It is part of Score. See the plans and try the free audit.

How is the score calculated?

Does CJX™ Score improve Meta match quality?
No. It measures the lead, not event match quality, which Meta calculates. CJM promises nothing about match quality.
Do I need a developer?
The score uses pixel events and CRM data. With Google Tag Manager installed the pixel is published without developers; without GTM, with undetected consent or with unusual forms, a code change is needed.
