Meta Ads: server events and offline conversions
CJM sends Meta your site's events and what happens in the CRM, through the Meta Conversions API. No developers needed, with GTM installed.
In short
The CJM Meta Ads integration sends Meta, through the Meta Conversions API, your site's events from the server and the offline conversions that close in your CRM, with a shared event ID to avoid duplicates. It also syncs campaigns and costs. Sending stops without adUserData and adPersonalization consent.
What does the Meta Ads integration do?
It sends Meta your site's events from the server, and the conversions that happen after the contact, through the Meta Conversions API. Pixel events also go out from the browser with the same event ID: Meta deduplicates them. Offline conversions (SQL, Opportunity, Won, MQL) go back to Meta with their value.
How do I connect it?
- Enter your site and connect the project's Meta account.
- With Google Tag Manager installed, publish the CJX™ Pixel in one click.
- Server-side tracking sends events to Meta.
- If you connect a CRM, such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, deal stages become conversions to send.
What else does it sync?
- Campaigns, ad sets and ads.
- Costs, so you can read results next to spend.
- The outcome of every event sent, with any errors.
What do I need for consent?
Sending to Meta is blocked without adUserData and adPersonalization consent. Consent Mode v2 brings your banner's signals into the project. The connection with Iubenda and Cookiebot runs through the bridge and GTM tags.
What does it NOT do?
- It does not promise a match quality level or a score on Meta.
- It does not replace the consent banner or give legal advice.
- Meta permissions for external users, for example an agency's client, are coming soon: they are not live today.

Questions about Meta Ads
Do I need a developer to connect Meta?
Not with Google Tag Manager installed: the pixel goes into the container in one click and events go out from the server. Without GTM, with undetected consent or with unusual forms, you need a code change.
What happens if the visitor does not give consent?
Sending to Meta stops. adUserData and adPersonalization consent are required. This is not legal advice: compliance remains with your banner and your privacy notice.
Do events arrive twice, from the browser and the server?
No. Browser and server use the same event ID, so Meta recognizes the event and counts it once.
Does CJM guarantee a certain level of signal quality?
No. CJM shows the outcome of every send, but does not promise a match quality level or a result on Meta.
Enter your site. CJM takes care of tracking.
