Conversion tracking software: real revenue goes back to the ads
Every qualified lead, quote or closed customer in the CRM goes back to Meta and Google. No developers needed, with GTM installed.
In short
Act is the third step of the CJM platform: it sends Meta and Google what happens after the contact. Every qualified lead, quote or closed customer in the CRM goes back to the ads as an offline conversion, with value and no duplicates. Act also includes the MCP server and agency reporting.
How does Act work?
Act closes the loop. Unify collects events, Score rates leads, and Act sends the platforms what the CRM knows and the browser does not see. When a lead becomes qualified, gets a quote or closes as a customer, CJM sends the event to Meta and Google Ads.
What does it include?
- Offline conversions: the main strength, from the CRM to the ads.
- Meta Conversions API: sending events to Meta from the server.
- Google Enhanced Conversions: sending to Google Ads with a click ID or hashed email and phone.
- CRM integration: HubSpot, GoHighLevel or a custom CRM via webhook.
- MCP Server: Claude and ChatGPT read your data, read-only.
- Agency reporting: a dashboard per project and a monthly report.
Who is it for?
For those who sell after the click: services, consulting, travel, B2B. The Play Italy case shows how a real customer works.
Where do I start?
The plans are Start, Pro and Agency. The MCP server is included in all of them. Before you start, you can check your tracking with the free audit.
Questions about Act
What does Act do?
It takes the stages you close in the CRM and sends them to Meta and Google Ads as conversions, with the value and an event ID to avoid duplicates.
Do I need a developer?
Not for site tracking if Google Tag Manager is installed. Without GTM, with undetected consent or with unusual forms, a code change is needed. The CRM connection is set up from the integration.
Do offline conversions reach GA4 too?
No. GA4 only receives server-side tracking. Offline conversions go to Meta and Google Ads.
What happens if consent is missing?
Meta requires consent for user data and personalization: without it, CJM does not send the event. Consent follows your site's banner.
