Google Tag Manager: the pixel in your container in one click
CJM publishes the CJX™ Pixel in your GTM container. No developers needed, with GTM installed.
In short
The Google Tag Manager integration lets CJM publish the CJX™ Pixel straight into your container, through the GTM API, in one click. This is the case where installation needs no developers. Without GTM, a change to your site's code is needed instead.
What does the Google Tag Manager integration do?
It publishes the CJX™ Pixel in your GTM container through the Google Tag Manager API. It is the basis of the one-click installation: you do not touch your site's code, and the pixel runs on every page where the container runs.
How do I connect it?
- Enter your site, with GTM already installed.
- Connect the site's container to CJM.
- With one click, CJM publishes the pixel script.
- From there, server-side tracking starts toward Meta, Google Ads and GA4.
When is code still needed?
"No developers needed" only applies with GTM installed. Code changes are needed when:
- the site does not have Google Tag Manager;
- banner consent is not detected;
- forms are unusual.
What does it NOT do?
- It does not install GTM on your site for you.
- It does not give legal advice on consent: for Iubenda and Cookiebot, see Iubenda and Cookiebot.
- It does not replace a tracking check: try the audit.

Questions about Google Tag Manager
Do I need a developer?
If GTM is already installed on your site, no: CJM publishes the pixel in the container in one click. Without GTM, with undetected consent or with unusual forms, you need a code change.
What changes in my container?
CJM adds the CJX™ Pixel script through the GTM API.
What if my site does not have GTM?
The pixel can be installed in your site's code, but that needs a code change: the "no developers" promise does not apply.
Does GTM also handle consent?
For Iubenda and Cookiebot, CJM also adds GTM tags, along with a bridge. This is not legal advice: compliance remains with your banner and your privacy notice.
Enter your site. CJM takes care of tracking.
