CRM integration for offline conversions
HubSpot, GoHighLevel or a custom CRM via webhook: closed stages go back to Meta and Google.
In short
CJM's CRM integration connects your CRM to tracking: CJM writes score and label into the CRM, and closed stages go back to Meta and Google Ads as offline conversions. It connects to HubSpot and GoHighLevel, or to a custom CRM through a webhook.
What does the CRM integration do?
It connects your CRM to CJM in two directions. Toward the CRM, CJM writes the CJX™ Score score and label. From the CRM, CJM reads closed stages and sends them to the ads as offline conversions.
Which CRMs does it connect to?
- HubSpot.
- GoHighLevel.
- A custom CRM through a webhook.
How do stages reach the ads?
To Meta with the Meta Conversions API, to Google Ads with Google Enhanced Conversions. The real case is in the Play Italy case.
Do I need a developer?
For supported CRMs it is configured from the integration. With a custom CRM via webhook you have to map the fields. For the site the usual rule applies: with GTM no, without GTM yes.
Where does it fit?

Questions about the CRM integration
Which CRMs does it work with?
With HubSpot and GoHighLevel through the dedicated connection. With other CRMs through a webhook, as a custom CRM.
What does CJM write into the CRM?
The CJX™ Score and its label, so the sales rep sees them where they work.
Do I need a developer?
The connection to supported CRMs is configured from the integration. A custom CRM via webhook requires you to map the fields. For site tracking, not with GTM installed; without GTM a code change is needed.
Which stages go back to the ads?
Qualified lead, quote and closed customer, as offline conversions to Meta and Google Ads.
