Agency reporting software: one dashboard per client
Every project has its own dashboard and monthly report. Client data stays separate.
In short
CJM's agency reporting software gives every project a configurable dashboard and a monthly report. Multiple organizations and projects let you keep each client's data separate. It is part of Act, the CJM step that brings real revenue back to the ads.
What does agency reporting include?
Every project has a configurable dashboard and a monthly report. You work with several clients in the same organization, without mixing their data. The unified dashboard is the base, and the MCP server lets you ask questions of the data from Claude or ChatGPT.
What does it show your clients?
The report starts from what CJM really measures, including the offline conversions that go back from the CRM to Meta and Google. An example of a result measured with this method is the Play Italy case: it is not a promise, it is a case.
Where does it fit?
Reporting is part of Act, the step that brings real revenue back to the ads. The Agency plan is built for those who manage several clients: details are on the pricing page.
Questions about agency reporting
How do I keep my clients' data separate?
With organizations and multiple projects: each client is a project, with its own events, leads and dashboard.
Can I share the report with the end client?
We do not promise it: white label and sharing with the end client are not verified yet. The monthly report is generated per project.
Can I query the data from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, with the MCP server, included in all plans and read-only on aggregated data.
Do I need a developer to turn reports on?
Reports read the data CJM collects. With Google Tag Manager installed, the pixel is published with one click; without GTM, with undetected consent or with unusual forms, a code change is needed.
